Background and History

The business is owned and operated by Roy and Dorothy (Zawacki) Balkin. Together Roy and Dorothy purchased the building. Dorothy was the designer and Roy was the builder. Dorothy founded the business in 2017 out of a passion for hosting celebrations and a need for a reliable event center in northern Ashland County.
